Established in 1995, Manor Homes has become the go-to development firm for many of the major building projects in and around the Western Cape.
THE HISTORY OF MANOR HOMES
We were founded in 1995 with a pretty basic idea in mind – we wanted to change lives through high-quality home ownership. We embrace cutting edge technologies, implement nation-wide best practices and streamline processes to build exquisite homes, communities and multifamily projects.
We work personally with each client from land acquisition, architectural plan development, interior and exterior design coordination, project scheduling and management. Our goal for each new construction or remodel is for our clients to feel the build experience was seamless and organized and at completion their home accurately depicts and exemplifies their lifestyle.
We are here to help you bring your custom home to life. As professional contractors, we will oversee every step of your home’s creation, from the initial planning to the finishing touches of decor.

I grew up in Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs and I was lucky that my dad was involved in the property industry. During the school holidays, I used to work in his business. That is where the love for property started.
Like every young man I had a burning passion to go into business for myself. This passion was driven by offering the best service and quality I could give.
Living in Cape Town we are surrounded by the Winelands and on every wine estate there is a Manor House. The Manor house was always the best house on the farm.
And this is where the name Manor Homes came from.
I wanted to build the best house possible no matter where that house was.
I started Manor Homes 28 years ago and this passion still remains to this day.
